CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to ROCK! Who Rocked your Night??

Okay, so last night was CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock!!!  What did y’all think??  Who ROCKED your night???  Maybe it was Miranda Lambert??  Or maybe Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, Zac Brown Band, or Keith Urban nabbed the favorite spot in your heart…We want to know what you thought of the 3 hour special last night on ABC!  Leave us your comments!

My personal favorite was Keith Urban (obviously)…I mean, what a way to kick-off the show.  I also enjoyed the behind-the-scenes footage of Taylor Swift’s 13 (actually 14.5) hour meet n’ greet.  Say what you will about the girl, NO ONE can top her fan interaction and appreciation.  I actually get teary watching her with her fans. I also wish Martina McBride would’ve gotten  more air time.  The lady had a sold-out stadium in awed-silence then brought them to their feet in an amazing standing ovation…

Who were your favorites? Least favorites?  Who left you wanting more???  Did you make you excited to make the trip to Nashville next summer??  If you just have to be in the midst of all the action next year; it’s never to early to get your tickets!  Click here to get your tickets to the 2011 CMA Music Festival!  You really don’t wanna miss it!

Josh Kelley’s “Georgia Clay” Available in iTunes

Josh Kelley storms onto country radio this week with his highly anticipated single, “Georgia Clay.” The song is Josh’s first foray into the country music market and has been described as a “soaring-yet-earthy, summer romance tune that places him squarely in the country mainstream”.

This personal track written by Josh, his brother Charles Kelley, and producer Clint Lagerberg serves as a flashback to his youth in Georgia and of his dad’s old truck that was the source of many “firsts” in his life.

“This song takes me back to Georgia every time I sing it. No matter where I go in this world, I will never wash away my southern roots, just like that ‘Georgia Clay’ on my dad’s old truck. I am so proud of this song and can’t wait for everyone to hear it,” Josh said.

The track is now available at iTunes here: http://bit.ly/JoshKelleyGeorgiaClay

You can catch Josh our on the road as an opening act for Miranda Lambert this fall on the “CMT on Tour with Miranda Lambert-Revolution 2010” which kicks off in New York City on September 29th.
