Carrie Underwood fans are being asked to set their sights a little higher on her next tour. As in the rafters. She says she plans to pull out a bunch of different tricks when she kicks off her concert tour tonight in Reading, PA.
For one thing, she plans to soar over her audience at one point. It’s all part of her evolution as an artist. She says now that she has a longer set list, she can add more production elements to the tour. She says the tweaks are like “the bells and whistles and sprinkles on the cupcake.”
Carrie currently has 50 dates confirmed for the “Play On Tour” that is scheduled through June.

I read wonderful reviews of her first show. I’m so glad for her. She seems so comfortable and the video’s I’ve found are wonderful. Best of Luck to Carrie on her tour. Sons Of Sylvia did a song with her – really great. Mama’s Song with all the pictures and the last picture – loved how the audience reacted. I’m looking for more and can’t wait to see all the pictures that the lucky fans who get to see her live put on the internet. Play On Carrie!!!
Her tour is getting excellent reviews. Moving trucks, light up dresses, and suspended chairs are a far cry from the last tour! I’m always impressed by Carrie’s willigness to grow and step out of her comfort zone. So many artists say they do that, but it rarely ever happens for real. It’s obvious that Carrie strives to become a better entertainter, performer and singer at every show.
I love how she took the production, props, and even the songs themselves to a different level. I wasn’t sure if Carrie deserved the Entertainer crown a few weeks ago, but seeing how she has improved and changed it up with just one tour under her belt is extremely impressive.
