One of my favorite song writers and performers, Phil Vassar, took a few minutes of his time to call Country Music Tattle Tale and talked about his upcoming album “Traveling Circus” and told us about his passions, loves and dislikes. Phil also answers your fan questions and our 10 Quick Quirky Questions.

My favorite part of the circus is definitely the clown car… I have never figured out to this day how they get all those clowns in there!
My favorite part of the circus would be the concessions!! Lots of cool foods you can only get at the circus!
My favorite part of the circus is watching the clowns interact with the little kids who line the railings of the arenas or tents. Just the look of amazement, shock and surprize in their innocent faces makes the circus visit worth the time. Knowing that these entertainers just might be making a difference to just one child somewhere is worthwhile.

oh goodness it’s been forever since I’ve been to a circus but I think with that circus that I loved was they had cats (house cats) that preformed other then that it would have to be the trapeze artiest
The best part of the circus has got to be the cotton candy. It is probably the one time of the year that I can get away with pigging out on cotton candy. Of course, I’ll pay for it the next day, but a sugar rush every once in a while is okay.

My favorite part of the circus is the announcer. It is super fun to listen to how he or she engages the crowd with his voice tones. I’d love to be the announcer of a circus!

I haven’t been to any circus in a few years but I have seen Phil’s Traveling Circus! My fav part is the meet and greets and getting him carrot cake!! He said I was the sweetest thing ever but he is!!!
My favorite part would probably be the stupid human tricks:) On Phil’s Album, I love the song, “Save Tonight For Me”
I dont have just One Favorite, i would have to pick them all..The acrobats, the ones that walk on the Tight Rope, the Animals, the Tricks, its everything…But, just sitting there watching with ur family or friends and eating popcorn and cotton candy with the kids and just seeing there smiley faces is all worth it, thats what i love about the circus..:) Oh and Phil isnt bad either..:)
I love EVERYTHING about the circus, but my very favorite is probably the elephants! Love the lion/tiger tricks, too!

I haven’t been to the circus in FOREVER, but I remember going when I was very young and I just loved the excitment of all of the activity going on all at once in the different rings!! I’m looking very forward to revisiting the “Circus” with Phil’s new album in a few days!

I love the food. Those footlong corn dogs are to die for.
but aside from that the Tricks and Animals are great. They put on a good act. But spending time with my kids and making them happy are the best.

What I love about the Circus are the Elephants and Tigers…. I think it would be a thrill of a lifetime to ride either one

My favorite part of the circus is….when they do the motorcycle thing – driving in the big sphere together with another bike dangerously close to hitting each other head on! YET – the drivers do it every night! Now – give me my free Phil Vassar disc! lol
