Many of the nominees took to their Twitter’s last night to give thanks for their Grammy nominations. 

Miranda Lambert (@Miranda_Lambert) Just found out I got a Grammy nod. I can’t believe it. Thank u Jesus.

Martina McBride (@martinamcbride) Wow! I just heard about the Grammy nomination for I Just Call You Mine! Wow! That’s awesome!!!

Dierks Bentley (@DierksBentley) thanks! Beautiful World is such a special song for me. Means a lot to see it get a Grammy nom! Got to call patty griffin!!

Keith Urban appears to be caught off guard by the nominations as well.

 “I wrote and recorded Defying Gravity to touch upon the power of the human spirit,” said Urban. “I had no idea that it would’ve connected in the way that it did. We saw it night after night on the Escape Together Tour and to now end the year with these nominations is pure magic…”

Lady Antebellum is nominated for 2 Grammy’s.

“We’re already busting at the seams with excitement about the new album… adding the GRAMMYs in that same week is crazy,” said Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott. “The nominees are all so talented…the most fun part for us is just being able to go and see some of these artists…who we are all HUGE fans of…perform on the show.
