I will admit that I have been slacking this week.  It’s spring break and the kids are home, we have had a few mishaps and a trip to the emergency room.  So my inbox is filled all kids of fun stuff that I should have been sharing with you.  So here is my inbox clean out:

Wanna get personal with Dolly Parton? Live from CMT’s Nashville studio, Dolly Parton opens up about her career and performs some of her biggest hits when UNPLUGGED AT STUDIO 330 premieres exclusively on CMT.com on Tuesday, March 31. The acoustic set includes songs from her newest album, Backwoods Barbie, including the title single and a haunting performance of “Only Dreamin.’” In addition, Parton gives fans a new take on her smash hits “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You” and “9 to 5.”

In a candid interview, Parton explains her writing process and how she came up with “Only Dreamin,’” which she penned two years ago on her birthday. Homesick while in New York City, she began singing the sorrowful, Appalachian-tinged tune in the limo on the way to work on her musical 9 to 5. “It happens to be my favorite song on the whole album,” Parton says. She also reveals her greatest possession in the CMT.com special.
