Monday Morning Clean Up

What a weekend! I feel like I am still recovering. CMTT has had a busy month in March. So busy that my inbox looks like a tornado came through and smashed everything in it’s path. Here is my Monday morning clean up:

You MUST pick up this weeks Country Weekly. – Jake Owen opens up about his new album, Easy Does It, songwriting and more in this exclusive Country Weekly interview. “This album is more personal than the first one,” says Jake, whose current single, “Don’t Think I Can’t Love You,” is the fastest-rising of his career. “There is an introspective side that comes out that people haven’t seen.” That side is showcased in songs like “Green Bananas,” which he co-wrote, and “Nothin’ Grows in Shadows,” Jake notes. Jake also talks about how his life and attitudes changed after his mother suffered a heart attack in 2007, calling it an “eye-opening” experience.

Jack Ingram has brand new music.  Listen now and tell us what you think.
