I’ve been hearing snippets of information here and there about a possible television special about Keith Urban. Nothing concrete, so I didn’t want to post. But last night, I got confirmation. As Kitty Cobbler, Country Girl, and myself walked down the infamous Broadway in Nashville, we saw a man filming. I casually asked what he was filming for, and he said “A Keith Urban A&E Biography.”
I realize that I had a couple of extra-curricular beverages in my system, but I do NOT pass up a chance to get my name to Keith Urban. I mean, I’ve tried to meet the man a million times, and so far the closest I’ve gotten is a hand slap in concert, a touch on his shoulder, and a picture with his Bentley. My time must come.
So, I jumped in front of the camera and professed my need to meet Keith. . . Oh, I also gave out my contact information. I am sure my 4 1/2 seconds of fame was deleted by the cameraman….either that, or the people at A&E are having a real laugh. But, you just never know…They could feel sorry for this poor, and desperate girl and make a dream come true…

This is too funny!! I love what you did…proud of you!! I would have done the same thing! I love Keith Urban and hope to meet him some day. Will be looking for that A&E special to air. Thanks for posting!
